* Pair with conscientious students in joint projects, which need reporting back. Lazy student = 'reporter'
* Check... Does the student have specific learning problems?
* Discuss individual goals. Make a written contract, with clear,self-determined, mutually agreed rewards for achievement. Have the student sign it.
