Terms of Use
Limited Consent to Use of Instant Lessons
English-To-Go Ltd through its association with Thomson Reuters
Limited gives limited permission to photocopy Instant Lessons™
for use with classes under the following terms and conditions. Use of
Instant Lessons is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions:
- Instant Lessons™ are restricted for use
to those persons who originally download the content from the English
To Go website.
- Instant Lessons are for personal, educational
use.
- Multiple copies of Instant Lessons can be made
for the user's classroom, but content can not be collated, made into
books or on-sold in any way.
- Reproduction of an Instant Lesson™ for the classroom
must be in exactly the same format as the original media form used. (This
means, though not exclusively, that no additions, adaptions, deletions,
alterations nor derivatives of an Instant Lesson™ can be made and
that at all times Instant Lessons™ remain fully and clearly attributed
to English-To-Go Ltd and that any Thomson Reuters information used in English-To-Go
materials remain fully attributed to Thomson Reuters Ltd.)
- Instant Lessons™ may not be stored or transmitted
electronically through any other than English-To-Go media without
the prior written permission of English-To-Go Limited.
- Instant Lessons™ are copyright English To
Go Ltd and all rights are reserved.
- Thomson Reuters articles contained within Instant Lessons™
are copyright Thomson Reuters Ltd.
- Thomson Reuters Ltd has given English-To-Go Ltd permission
to use and republish Thomson Reuters' articles within English-To-Go media.
- Thomson Reuters articles can not be taken out of Instant
Lessons™ and used on their own.

Liability
Neither we nor any other member of the English To
Go Group, nor any content provider, nor any third party supplier will
be liable for any loss or damage in connection with the provision of
or failure to provide the services except direct loss or damage caused
by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Except as expressly stated in the agreement, all express or implied
conditions, warranties or undertakings, whether oral or in writing,
in law or in fact, including warranties as to satisfactory quality and
fitness for a particular purpose are excluded.
Neither we nor any member of the English-To-Go Group nor any content
provider, nor any other third party supplier will be liable to you or
to any third party for any indirect, special or consequential loss or
damage arising out of the Agreement or the Services.
To the extent permitted by law under no circumstances will our liability under
the agreement exceed three (3) months Service Fees (for a three month subscription)
or 12 months (for a 12 month subscription), regardless of the cause or form
of action

Scope
We will supply the Services to you and you will pay the charges and
use the Services in accordance with the Agreement
Commencement and Duration
The agreement will take effect from the date of acceptance of service.
Termination
Either of us may terminate the Agreement in whole or part if the other
is in breach of any material obligations under this Agreement. You may
cancel your future pay subscription at any time. We have a no refund
policy on subscription purchases already made.
Confidentiality
You agree to hold information obtained from English-To-Go in confidence
(this includes: passwords, lessons material, etc) and not disclose it
to any third party nor to use it for any purpose other than in the performance
of the agreement.
